1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of the real estate deal processing services offered at casalyontera.com by Casalyontera ("we", "us", "our") in 2025. By accessing or engaging our services, you agree to abide by these terms.

2. Scope of Services

Casalyontera specializes in real estate deal processing services, information products, and physical goods related to property transactions. Detailed descriptions of each offering are available on our website.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information and cooperate fully throughout the process. Any delays caused by incomplete data may affect delivery times.

4. Payment Terms

Fees for services, digital content, and goods are stated on casalyontera.com. Payment must be made in full before commencement or shipment, as applicable. We accept major payment methods as indicated at checkout.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Real Estate Deal Processing Services

If we are unable to complete your requested processing before the agreed deadline, you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of your scheduled start date. Alternatively, you may elect to have your paid fee applied toward the same service on a new date within six months of the original schedule. Refunds will be issued via the original payment channel within 14 days of approval.

5.2 Information Products

For digital downloads such as guides or courses, you have a 7-day satisfaction window from the date of purchase. If the material has not been accessed or downloaded, you may request a refund. After the digital content is accessed or downloaded, refunds are not available.

5.3 Physical Goods

Physical items may be sent back to us within 14 calendar days of delivery if defective or significantly not as described. Clients must contact us via Contact Form to obtain a return authorization. Items must be shipped in original condition and packaging. Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a refund within 14 days via the original payment channel. If the item is not defective, shipping costs for sending items back may apply.

5.4 Non-refundable Services

Certain expedited or government filing tasks commence immediately upon order acceptance and are therefore non-refundable. These services require administrative preparation that cannot be undone. Such listings will be marked as final sale at checkout.

6. Service Rescheduling

You may request to reschedule real estate deal processing services at least 10 business days prior to the original date. Reschedules are subject to availability and incur no extra fee when made within this period. Requests made later may be declined or require additional charges.

7. Limitation of Liability

Casalyontera's liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service or product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

9. Governing Law
